Payments

  • We accept payment by credit/debit card. We accept the following cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.

    Your card will be charged once you have reached the final billing page at the checkout. We will immediately contact your bank or card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

    We take your security very seriously, therefore your details are safe with us. We also take fraud seriously too, so all credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer.

  • We accept payment by PayPal. To pay with PayPal, you need to set up a PayPal account on the PayPal website. It only takes minutes to open a PayPal account and it's free.

    As soon as your PayPal account is set up, you will be able to complete your order using PayPal as your method of payment. When selecting this option at the checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to Bambino Mio.

    All transactions made via PayPal are subject to the PayPal user agreement which can be found here.

  • Pay in 3 from Klarna allows you to pay for your Bambino Mio order over time instead of all at once. Klarna gives you the flexibility of spreading your payments into 3 equal interest-free amounts when your basket is over £35 and under £1000.   • To use a Klarna payment method you need to:

    • Have a UK bank account
    • Be 18 years of age or over
    • Have a UK residential address
    • Have a good track record of paying your bills
  • Shop Bambino Mio as normal. When you get to the checkout select either PAY LATER or PAY IN 3 as your payment method. Place your order and you're done! Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive an email from Klarna within two days with instructions on how to pay for your order.

    If you have chosen to pay by PAY LATER, you will have 30 days to complete your payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk

    If you have chosen to pay by PAY IN 3, your first payment is charged when you place your order and each subsequent payment is automatically charged after 30 days and 60 days.

  • No - neither Klarna or Bambino Mio run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. Klarna may run enquiries, however these wonít affect your credit scoring.

  • No - you do not need to sign up for a Klarna account to make a purchase.

  • Although PAY LATER is widely promoted it is not always universally available. The PAY LATER method is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

  • If you are experiencing trouble choosing Klarna as your payment method, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

    • You may not meet the eligibility requirements - have a UK bank account, UK residential address and be 18 years of age or over.
    • Klarna may have rejected your application. We recommend choosing another type of payment method or placing an order for a smaller amount.
    • You may have outstanding payments on previous Klarna orders.
    • You may have missed a required field at the checkout, such as completing your date of birth or your mobile number.

  • If you haven't received your payment email from Klarna, please check your junk email folder. If this does not resolve your enquiry, please contact Klarna Customer Service at www.klarna.com/uk/customer-service

    *Please note the sender of the email is Klarna and not Bambino Mio.

  • Klarna will cancel your outstanding amount due once your order has been cancelled. If you return an order, a refund will be processed as normal and your payment will be refunded by Klarna.

  • Don't worry, Klarna will send you a reminder email two days before your payment is due. If your payment is overdue you will also receive a text message and letter reminding you to make payment.
