We accept returns for products purchased directly from us within 28 days of receipt. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept products that have been washed, tried on or worn.

So soft!

These are the softest wipes everywhere. We used cheeky wipes with our first, and I brought these because they were on offer to use with our newborn instead of cotton wool in the early days. The whole family has been using them for sticky hands & faces & runny noses. I was worried because they were white, but even after dealing with nose bleeds these look good as new after a wash in the machine!

A great alternative to disposable wipes!!

The only thing that lets them down is the wash care label. Itâ€™s big and needs cutting off really otherwise I have to use the wipe in strokes that means I avoid scratching with the label.

Absolutely amazing. I will never use baby wipes other than these â¤ï¸â¤ï¸

Reusable wipes can be used for a whole host of quick clean-ups and the best bit is they only need water!

Store a couple of wipes wet in a container or bag for quick clean-ups out and about or at home. Only wet the ones you'll need for a day to keep them nice and fresh. Alternatively, just store them dry and wet them as you go. At home, a little container for warm water nearby your change station is a good solution if you have the space.

Using, storing and keeping your wipes clean either at home or on the go is simple and makes change-time free from nasties and fuss!

Store your used reusable wipes with your nappies until wash day. When you're out and about, your used wipes can be stored together with your used nappies in our waterproof Out & about wet bag. When wash day arrives, we recommend washing them at 40°C with non-biological laundry detergent. Add 3 tablespoons of Bright & mighty nappy cleanser to add a boost to your laundry and help tackle tough stains and odours. And finally, air dry your wipes either inside or outside and away from direct heat. If necessary, wipes can be tumble-dried on a low setting.

Add 3 tablespoons to your washing detergent drawer. Wash at 40°C with non-biological detergent. This will add a boost to your load and help tackle tough stains and odours. If washing by hand, dissolve up to 3 tablespoons in every 4 litres of water used. Then wash as normal.
